Lawrence – on turn one when your Voidraven dropped bombs on the bikers – i believe you rolled to many dice. You only get “1d6 for every other model in the unit, up to a maximum of 10 D6”. I only counted 15 bikers, so you should have only rolled 7 dice instead of 10.
Making Plans for Nigel! (You have to be of a certain age)
Oh bone. That double 1 broke my heart.
Bone!!! Why didn’t you have your big mek and weird boys screened from the deep strike!! Its literaly the only reason you take grots! ??
I don’t think the morka can take more than 1 mortal wound from 1’s in a single turn?
Great batrap guys! Such a fun one. I really enjoy B-bone playing the orks, heh. I think he should make them his second army (after Tau). Nigel Bigtoof is frikin perfect. Nailed it again B-bone! You guys are the best, keep it up!
Do mandrakes get mortal wounds in close combat? I thought it was just shooting.
this is big peee poool!
Lawrence, if you’re looking to try something different I’ve been having fun with a 3 Sslyth bomb protecting a Flayed Skull Archon, famed savagery and the djinn blade. (+blast pistol for true craziness)
It’s like being able to use a Ravager in CC.
It’s expensive, risky, but highly entertaining. (8 str5 -3AP from the archon & 9 str5 -1 AP attacks from the Sslyth, rerolling misses… oh boy)
Not to mention ablative Sslyth keeping your archon alive and even absorbing those djinn mortals…
Man, that Morkanaut was much more like a Mork-a-Naught when it came to shooting.
Lawrence you cheated mandrakes don’t do mortal wounds in close combar
Ooooooooh! Fancy new comment thingy? Very swish!
Gawd Bone! You used the army 3 times and aren’t a total expert at everything to do with Orks yet? Omg I used my Eldar for half a game and instantly won 3 grand tournaments by default coz I was just so uber pro skillz yo!
Altho I think thliths definately talk like thith. It’th totally cannon now ^_^ All thilith thal worthip the great Nyjal Bigtoof!
I image the other weirdboy(s) do crazy dances and scream while they cast spells, but not Nigel, Nigels just snaps his fingers and stuff happens, He probably pretends its always what he wanted to do… but in fact its always a bit random…
In the words of the immortal Nigel. “Don’t worry ladz, whilz our spores ride winds of Destiny. We will returnz stronga and bettra.”
The true star of the report.
Oh come on Lawrence, let Bone have his Nigel! Nigel Bigtoof is a completely valid name for an ork!
You just need a giant squiggoth bone! It’s a good life choice
Nigel?
Bit close to Njal (Stormcaller)… 😛
Long live the venerable Nae-Jull Longtoof!
Slimon the Sssschhllyth was the top takeaway from this. Haha. 😀
I think orks could be a good match for Bone, tho I kinda hope he’d go with Death Guard.
Great battlerep guys.
Cheers
Hey Mr. Bone and Mr. Spider, Thanks for bringing the Orks out again! It was indeed and epic battle. Mr Bone, as the others have already pointed our there were few small mistakes with the rules/stats, but you do great job with them getting and better and better with them each time you play. And I loved Nigel 🙂 Especially together with his voice 🙂 I kind of understand Lawrence feelings about Terry, but Nigel… perfectly fits 😛 And answering here the facebook question about what clan to bring. I personally love all of them, and would be happy to… Read more »
Awesome game, I thought the Orks had it until the Loota’s wiffed in combat against the Mandrakes.
Lawrence, whats happened to your Razorwings, I haven’t seen them in a batrep since early in the edition.
Great game guys, I know those first turn feels Bone!
I think Da Orks need to come out with a dual battalion with 2x kultures to compete with the Spiders filthy spam?
This was my favourite Battle report i’ve watched on this channel or any other. Great game! I’m not a dirty player, but i like a spiky little list and these were both great. I’ve always steered clear of Flayed Skull too, but all those rerolls and movement is certainly worth it 🙂 Poor Bone, always the Bridesmaid, never Nigel.
Be right back lads, I’m off to the TTT shop to look for a Nigel Bigtoof shirt.
Sorry Bone ?
Nigel is a legend approaching the awesomeness of Chainsword Charlie!
Morky making that 10” charge after gambling! YESSSSS! Bone looked so happy!
Great game guys!
I need some custode battle reports guys, I feel Lawrence is the ultimate Custode player! Pure confidence coupled with obnoxious dice rolling fits custodes so well! Ha ha. See if he can borrow from stig please!!
In all the excitement you missed using your Sslyth -the Tau drone of the Drukhari(tm)- to take the Spider’s wounds!!!
This why I bring 3…. they also have pistols so 4 splinter shots within 12”.
@benjaminbonar:disqus You do a great Ork! If I had need for some ork voice work, I would totally hire you!
Dude, honestly evil sunz is only good if ur using it for a detachment. If they were playing a Tactica you would run EVERYTHING bad moons. And forget evil sunz run some blood axes to get the extra cp
A++ for using Evil Suns Bone. I would love to see an Ork army that went the whole way with nothing but Boyz in Trukks and Bikers On the topic of dice rolls – have you guys ever thought about doing hard edits in your batreps? Rather then watching you struggle rolling 1 million dice, why not just do a hard edit? You could just come back and say (for example) “The Shoota boyz unleased 1 million shots at these Marines and killed….none of them….because I am a human peanut”. Still entertaining but without the pain of watching the massive… Read more »
Very nail biting, who cares if its perfect lists, have tactica for that 🙂
I would love to see orcs in tactica maybe under the spiders control and BBone running Tau or whatever (anything he thinks can win really)
Thanks for entertainment!
Haha Nigel Bigtooth. Good pick, Bone!
Dear Bone. If you want to make those bikes ever faster take the Speek Freeks formation. There is a strat that allows anything with the Speek Freeks Key word to advance at its move speed. If you then take a Wartrike and advance it also it can take an auto 6 for advance once per game. Make sure the Wartrike is within 6 inches of the warbikes and you will also be able to charge. If you are running Evil sunz you will get max of 32 inches with the Bikes and 22 inches with the Wartrike. Could make for… Read more »
Oh hello there new vid! brb after watching it all with popcorn!
Bone, I think you should really pick up Orks as your next army. I don’t know if you guys read every comment but I’ve been lobbying for this for quite awhile lol. That being said, you need to be a little more Kunnin and less Brutal. Wrap and Trap was possible turn 1. Also you need to Grot Shield your entire Castle, including your Shokk Attack Gun and Weirdboys. Also when you decide to go for even harder lists, drop that Mork. Add a Big Mek with Force Field on Foot and sit him in the middle of your castle.… Read more »
And I think orks is an army that really suits you Bone, really entertaining when you play them XD Welcome to the Waaagh! brother.
I find i have the same luck if not worse with my blasters in venom’s.. Everytime i either fail to hit or fail to wound..In the slim chance i do get both i am sure you can guess where this is going.. sooooo frustrating 🙁
Three blaster shots in a row…rolls a 6, rolls a 1.
Story of my life 🙂
I just hope young Nigel is happy

Made me cry when you didn’t tank the Spiders wounds on the Sslyth…
Well, I think i enjoyed that – it only took 13 hours to get through 2.5 hours of video….
Would you consider ever using anything other than a dread waagh as It feels like it is a little overused for the relic? If so what would you consider?
I agree that Kabals are very restricted solo without any mercs. For fun I do have a tantalus and 2 d ravagers in a 1750 list – might be worth a look?
Finally more orks! Real good fun to watch!
does the studio have a stompa? would love to see one used and if there is already a video where you have used one, could you point me to the right direction.
The happiness when B-Bone did that 10 inch charge and killed the spider afterwards was leaking out of my screen haha, you are a legend my good sir! Kinda agree with you for the bikes, I don’t think the stats are bad, just a little overcosted, a 4pts shave would make them a lot better imo. Don’t forget the morkanaut only loses 1 wound when he overheats, (you made him lose 3 when he fired overwatch on the venom at the 2:05h mark, he could have had more attacks afterwards) Do you have regular nobz in your ork army? I… Read more »
For the future, units with mob rule can only use the number of models from friendly units that also have mob rule. So Gretchen wouldn’t help the lootas.
Other than that and things like shooting grot pistols at mandrakes in combat and consolidating with your morkanaught near the end to reduce the number of blasters that could shoot it, it was a lot of fun to watch.
Nigel Big Toof! Classic! ?
Nyjul Bigtoof innit!
Oh my… when you rolled double one on the 2d6… I was dying…
If next game is another Deja Vu of Spider luck I think BBone will do a mental breakdown lol – It was a close one this time in Turn1!
Great Bat Rep, one of the more enjoyable recently!! I (personally) would like some more battles that focus on maximising “fluffy” lists, or more commonly collected army markups. Sort of in between tactica, and just straight up fun. To elaborate, the ork army was tough, but also close to a list that an average collector might start out building up. It has some boyz, lootas, grots, and warbikes at core, all relatively in-expensive (by GW standards) and freely available models, that someone who starts an ork army will probably be looking at. As a result I learnt a good few… Read more »
