So good to see chef playing!! Great report and oh my god the 1st shot of the game 😅!
Right. I’m a minute in and I don’t know if its the lockdown effect speaking but man… I remember that song Beard and it was cool!! Fair play, it might have been cool 20 years ago but still…. absolutely brilliant and I’m already far too emotional for just watching a battle report! 🙂 More obscure references please!
Watching the bat rep in the canteen with headphones. Heard the buzzing sound affect and actually ducked waving my hand by my head. I must have looked mad! Bunch of jokers. 😆
First thought: oh? Beard is playing Orks?
2nd thought: What? Chef is playing Orks insteed of 1000sons?
Everything is upside down and i’m feeling confused.
Still interesting to see the Orks getting a Victory and two pretty different list builds on both armies than usual.
P.S.: Chef definitly should work hard on his Ork language to be allowed playing them again.

At first i was disappointed at seeing chef not commanding the TS because your penchant for planning these complex moves is very tzeentch like. Once it got going though I felt both of you played well so it didn’t matter.
That stratagem or w/e to teleport the dragsters is very strong. That early board control combined with taking out the two hellbrutes made it tricky for beard.
I wonder: Please reread the rulez for the korkscrew: The first time a unit finishes its consolidation move in each fight phase it can immediately fight again. and —-> Consoditaion: You may move each model in the unit up to 3″ – this move can be in any direction so long as the model ends the move closer to the nearest enemy model. So if you are already base to base, isnt a consolidation move illegal? 😉 I just wanted to say a korkscrew is no auto – fighting a second time if you ask me. What do you think?… Read more »

I have been watching you lot play for ages and I love it – the banter back and forth really makes this channel over the others – even so much as apologising for insanely good roles.
Loved this Ork list. Quite similar to the one I’m using myself. Loved watching chef realise just how damn good Deathskulls are. Shame they’re definitely going to be changed in the next codex. I really want Nobz to work but even with the loot it strat they die in droves. Learnt some new things as well, namely read my FAQ as I had no idea about the +1 to hit on one of the scrapjet big shootas. I have been playing with Orks (and only Orks) for years competitively, but still keep forgetting time to time those little subtle rules, like the +1 for boom sticks in half range.
And there are so many of them, and still you remembered and used all of them correctly. Well Done!

Beard truly is being called to the 8 fold path, which makes sense when you think about it because Bone is clearly in the garden of the grandfather, Chef is clearly in service to she who thirsts and well… if you dont believe the spiders dice rolls are the work of tzeentch then I dont know how else to explain it.

Super tight and entertaining game gents, the editing was on point. So glad you played Deathskulls Chef, when you build around it, its by far the best Klan orks have imo, you can put out a fight even against newer books I found out. With that said, I really hope that the next dex balances out all the Klanz better, beacause right now, some of them are pretty useless.
I think Beard is getting crazier the longer his hair gets. And that’s saying something.

Just want to say – the editing of these videos has always been good don’t get me wrong, BUT, lately they have been perfect. The post credit outro’s are 10/10 and the zooms and close up on funny facial expressions is hilarious.
The only thing that would have made this video better was when Beard rolled the double 1 on the demon prince charge, a bit of “hello darkness my old friend” and I would have been done.

The ammount of 5s and 6s, explosions and crazed in the 1st battle round pleased Gork and Mork, and, most likely, Khorne. Well the Tzeench in his perverted delusion of change may be laughing somewhere in the Warp too.
P.S. The video editing is at top level. The music and lough for the double one on charge was epic.
