Very good game! Coming in very late to comment on this, but always happy to see AdMech represented 🙂
Did want to note something: I think Stig was giving Canticles to a bunch of Skitarii units throughout the game, which they only get if you’re playing Mars. Easy thing to forget when you mostly play Mars, and it didn’t change the outcome, but those dunecrawlers and sulphurhounds would not benefit from the benediction re-rolls (making them even worse, unfortunately). One more reason it’s tough to branch out in forgeworld choices.
Keep up the good work!

the cast is so good I watched the rep till the end even after realising I wasn’t paying attention to what was happening in game (not my fav armies).

I also second the comment below about the montage 😀

Ooooh Katie you’re making it tough in determining who is my favorite player now that you said SG1 is your favorite tv show. Used to watch that every Friday night back in my high school days before I went off and did anything for the night.

Ironically get to do space stuff now for the army here in Colorado and I’ve seen some Space Force people where SG1 patches on their backpacks

Uncompetitive lists are always fun on the paper. Less in play but, it may bring surprises. Custodes are tough, I would love to see Spider’s Drukhari slicing their shields in half or punching holes with dark lances… but, anyway, always a pleasure to follow your reports. Keep going!

Beard 100% going for a Blargon-7 reference at the end there

Late to the party here but thanks for bringing the admech Stig (much love to Beard too). Always enjoy you putting the admech on the table.
I do desperately want dunecrawlers to be good, but not sure it’ll ever happen 😕.
Have you thought about running Fusilaves in your list? Even with their point increase, I tend to find they’re regularly MVPs for me

Fantastic battle report as always. It was humorous how torn Stig was on which army he was rooting for.

An incredibly minor thing, but I noticed the hands throwing into the dice tray were inverse from the faction overlays (i.e. Stig would throw dice from the right, but the Adeptus Mechanicus overlay was on the left). Don’t get me wrong, love the new overlay, just funny the small details you notice.

Great game! Stig, has there ever been an official statement on how much the Neutron-ager costs? I know many thought it was 120 points because you get the laser+a stubber (and a stubber is 5 pts). However, the codex states you take the laser and the stubber as a single loadout, which makes me (and the GW app) think it is 115 points. However, the GW app is frequently incorrect (that is all I will say about that).
P.s. when do we get to see the Lucius Punchy bots? Transhuman and logi with solar flare make them turn 1 monsters.

Awesome fun watching you all play!! Mistakes are part of the game too! Increases the level of camaraderie between opponents and makes me feel much better about the amount I make in my own games XD!!

Really fun game, too much butting in from the servo skull throughout the game for me though. Should be silent unless spoken to, they are actually funny or correcting a rules/points error as in the other games I’ve seen

Saggitarum are the only unit that still have to pay for miseriacordias unfortunately. So if no pay no play.

Goooo Custodes. Sorry Stig but I hate the robot boys. They’ve hurt me so bad in the past.

Also SG1 for the win.

Hoping the Custodes win here. No pressure, Beard, but this is make or break for my weekend.

Failure is not an option.

Go Stig, Go Beard. (I prefer Custodes to win though)
