Chef and Jinx are just such an enjoyable combo in these AoS battle reports! I know I had asked about an AoS league on a recent livestream, but honestly I just love the silliness and fun you guys are having with the game that wouldn’t be present in a league format.

A great and balanced game I think. Endless horde of bones against bulked bone constructs. It’s cool to see Shyish doing something. Last time it was against me, it managed to just move and do nothing (which helped me won).

Great game! Love to see a good ol Shyish Smackdown.
Gotta say, GW has done a pretty darn good job with the AoS Battletomes recently by my reckoning. They strike that nice balance of flavor and playability that you just love to see.

Jinx and Chef AoS games are always a great time. Though Mercedes needs to be there somewhere… Two thoughts though, after seeing both of these armies in play. One, I really hope the Necrons’ Reanimation in 10th edition takes some design cues from this. I admit I don’t fully get all the triggers and everything, but the reanimation for both of these armies seems so much more consistent than what the Necrons currently have. Maybe I just don’t see the downsides (having never played Sigmar) but at least from my uninformed spectator’s seat, I like what I see. Second thought:… Read more »
