Welcome back to Tabletop Tactics and this Codex debut for the Agents of the Imperium. The Imperials Fleet is unleashed today as the Oreo Xenos, Ordo Malleus and Ordo Hereticus join forces under the command of their Inquisitor Lord to stem the tide of a Daemonic incursion.
All four Chaos Gods have arrived as their emissaries unfold from the warp, foul beasts, impossible beings, sadistic creatures and bloodthirsty monsters charge forth only to be met by the light of the Imperium.
Will the combined might of the Imperial Agents be enough to hold back the incursion, or will they be entirely engulfed by the Warp…

I really like the agents of imperium because it just looks so much fun to use. I want my police force, navy guys and acolytes 💪.
Would love to see some ordo xeno battles 😉
I can confirm the Culexus can slap much bigger psychic units for funsies.
It killed Magnus with 8 wounds remaining in combat with 8 Dev wounds. Very satisfying.

Great matchup, it will be interesting to see how the Agents of Imperium fare against some of the other armies – love the dynamics of the army already, they definitely could be pretty tricksy!

Loved the battle report, seems like the inquisition warband is very narrative but a shame it comes at the expense of the deathwatch. Slight question, every time Beard says his Inquisitors name Highdecker does anyone else think of Police Academy?

Great game guys, when the game goes to turn 5 it’s always a good time. Wasn’t too interested in the codex when they announced it, but it does look like fun actually. I started my Sisters because of the Witch Hunter codex and keep a soft spot for that book. Might check out the Imperial Agents book for some narrative games.
To be fair, having the video for Call of Cthulhu come up as file not found, is the most Call of Cthulhu thing ever…
This was great – and I even like the Codex to a point. I could not care less about things being competitive, I just want fun and fluffy. Whether it feels completely baked and has enough in it to make it worth the money is another discussion… I have still bought it though 😂
