In today’s game of Warhammer 40K, Devestation is wrought across the Imperium Nihilus as Tyranid hive fleet leviathan devours planet after planet. Before this monstrous threat though stands a resplendent host of Angelic Inheritors. Sons of the great Angel Sanguinius. The mighty Blood Angels. Encarmine blades gleam and chitinous scythes drip with viscera but will the sanguinary brotherhood be enough liberate this world from the jaws of the great devourer. Or will they be consumed by the writhing masses of the insidious hive mind.

I’ll just chime in real quick… I think people are a little overly touchy about the ad. This isnt one of the “OnDemand exclusive” videos we pay for. This was a bit of a weird video tbh. I’m really not sure about the advert. All the previous comments cover a lot of my own thoughts, positive and negative, however I think I need to just say that I found the cereal eating really bizarre and its not the sort of advert I’d expect to find on a warhammer channel. Awesome hive fleat they look pretty creepy! Very tight map. No need for a tyranofex I don’t think it would have been able to see much anyway! Vangard onslaught might be a better way to go with this list.
Should maybe have been a warning at the start that there are a lot of chewing sounds in the background. It’s really a shame because the production of these is usually top notch and there is no need to hear someone munching away when you’re trying to enjoy the game.
It’s been a good while but wow I still hate what GW have done to BA. They completely ruined the range (the painting is excellent though Fletch is a master). I just can’t like them anymore after like 25 years of being a fan. The new range of models looks bad.
Honestly happy to see a sponsorship. Get that bag guys!

As someone who actually works in marketing and has to do these kinds of ads all the time, I feel like I can weigh in on it. TT did a great job here. It’s actually funny and not many brands would let them be this unscripted with it. I don’t know how so-called supporters can begrudge them some extra cash for the sake of a couple minutes screen time! I’ve got to agree with some of the other commentors that the ads in this video are quite frustrating. Paying for On Demand then getting adverts is irritating. Then there’s multiple references to it throughout the game. Saying they’re the video sponsor and then saying it’s because of we On Demand people in an advert for On Demand feels a little disingenuous. Looking at the other comments this is clearly a pretty contentious subject but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Not to take away from the unhinged glee of the Bard-Beard matchup, but where’s Ed been? When I saw Leviathan I figured it would be him out there giving them another run. Feels like he hasn’t been on in a while.
