The Clowns look like the most dangerous part of this book. I will continue to dread facing them.
How good would it be if they combined demons and csm in a similar way!!
I’m sooo stoked to get my codex! I didn’t have high hopes for my clowns but I’m pleasantly surprised by these rules. Can’t wait to get them on the table. Gonna have to get some void weavers lol
even if everything said was rubbish, Berds dances would have made this viewing worth it. The man has moves! Also, as a ferverent fan of extreme metal I second Chef’s labeling of the pivotal roles.

Thank you for the review! I was very nervous about Harlequins consolidating into the Aeldari book. Though the loss of half the Masque rules hurts a bit, the new Saedaths are all top-notch. Same goes for the Warlord traits. I didn’t see the Luck of the Laughing God coming at all, either. Very flavorful!

So if you use path of light and you are twelve away to get the four needed to hit you can throw lightning fast on it and bump it further ??
Chef do you reckon mirror architect interacts with Light’s blaze of light characterisation? I.e. effectively 18″ if the unit is affected by this aura?
A 4 up invulnerable save is great if you can roll 4 plus.

80pts for a starweaver compared to 85pts for a venom with 2 splinter cannons, and it is superior to the venom in almost every way…hmm. Ever wondered why you only see raiders no matter how many times they get nerfed?!
Loss of fusion spam for harlequins seems like quite a challenge for them, hopefully the other changes will compensate.
