I just love this tactical battlereport, i have become a better player thanks to you guys. Great game as always, Spider’s list is just brutal
Nice game, brutal firepower from Spiders list, it reminds me of the triple castigator! Chef would you ever consider war dogs in your DG list? I’ve been meaning to pick some up for ages and they do seem to be better at doing whatever the MBHs want to do.
Also can vouch for the events being awesome, if I lived less than 3 hours away instead of more I’d be a regular!
Your EC army is absolutely gorgeous. If I can ever manage to finish most of my Ork army, EC are definitely where I’d go next. One of the first White Dwarf mags I read (291) had an EC vs Necrons battle report, and since then I’ve absolutely loved their aesthetic.
Also Spider, what are the little markers on the side of your infantry bases?
Finding out Chef is a greentext has me shook. Very shook.

if the raptors are battleshocked then they have OC 0 and lawrence doesnt control that objective marker at the end of chef’s turn since he doesn’t have anyone else there so they should’ve failed the terraform
COMPLETES: End of your opponent’s next turn or the end of the battle (whichever comes first), if the unit performing this Action is still within range of the same objective marker and you control that objective marker.
