I think they will save World eaters until their World Easter event. New edition of HH. New kill team storm boys vs nid shrikes, Faction terrain is essentially a beehive they can come out of. AoS Chaos dwarf announcement. 40k the next mission pack, updated road map, and an official teaser for space wolves
3 chaos codexes and characters
Space Marines codex for core – 2 detachments + enhancements for ultras, white scars, imperial fists, salamanders, etc.
The Death Guard model was put up in an article because a pic of the model’s sprue had been (accidently?) leaked days before. They probably didn’t have chance to film and insert it into the livestream.
My prediction is such that the reveals for 40k are going to focus on the next 3 chaos cult marine releases, and tease the end with an outline of Russ. I think Bard is right that the Salamander is a tease for space marine codex 2, with the last remaining finecast models getting upgrades like Vulkan Hestan. My guess is that GK are gonna go the way of death company and that they will be shifted over to standard SM models with upgrade sprues, and get unique datasheets for things like primaris Intercessors, assault Intercessors, heavy intercessors, bladeguard, etc.. I’d love a flying ‘nid killteam. Couple shrikes, gargoyles, and some flying rippers like the old forgeworld ones. Maybe some weird floaty ‘enslaver’ style spores. Give them rules for controlling opposition models.

I am so thankful for the HH Space Marines characters. They are so freaking good compared to the 40k-laziness. Salamanders vs Iron Warriors as the colors for the new boxset is a given (we already had the decals in one of the previous boxes). I agree with Bard, space marine HH models are better than 40K. Especially for the imperial fists, in 40K the only unique model they have is one character. If you want to build a 40K IF army it will be all standard space marine models pretty much which is why I’m using HH models for my IF army.
Hell, I’m going to proxy a lot of HH models for when I build an iron warriors army as well

Surely new mission pack, I went into a GW six months ago and they said the cards were getting reprinted – still hasn’t happened!

I just recently started my Heresy Iron Warriors. I love the heresy simply because within the lore the legions seem to have more soul and more flavor. I have heard spicy rumors that the next box set should be including MKII armor based for Iron Warriors
I am hoping to see more Death Guard stuff, I have run out of units to kit-bash/ buy!

I’m hoping there’s something unexpected that no one knew they wanted until they saw it, like a Jokero killteam or a new Ogryn unit.
Heresy fan here. Or Hera-Person I guess. Most of us aren’t expecting a 3.0 in the style of a massive game overhaul, but more a 2.5 with a cleanup of some rules and some units. Something that’s big enough to be a new edition. A 20page FAQ/Balance Dataslate isn’t something I think most of the Heresy community would find palatable. For Adepticon though, not expecting a box reveal, but I could see them show off a trailer with a ‘hey, here’s the big box stream happening next week’ like they did for the Age of Darkness box / Leviathan /… Read more »

Codex Armageddon version 2.0, Ties in to the ‘Black Templar’ and ‘Salamander’ image we got in the last road map and the Chaos knights can replace the lost and the Damned from that book and this July will be it’s 25th anniversary

Battlefleet Gothic would go down incredibly well, I’m surprised they’ve not redone it yet. It’s the one thing I’d drop all current hobby projects to go buy. It’s the reason I played Dropfleet for a while… give me SPACE COMBAT

Between filming and release, GW have stated outright that there will be no Heresy reveals at AdeptiCon. This aged well.
