Oh, please. Can we have these narrative campaigns again. It’s nearing the end of 2021 and I think these are the best of your creativity Lawrence.

Tabletop Tactics crew, This was the first ever 40K batrep I ever watched. Man did I choose a good one. This is the batrep that launched my curiosity into the 40K universe and started me down this path. Your story telling and excitement for the game is next level. Fast forward to today and I am marshaling my own scions for battle. Little by little I am catching up to the universe lore and I watch your reports almost daily. Thank you for the enthusiasm you guys bring to the table, it inspired me to branch out into this universe… Read more »

1. Epic Mission
2. More Narrative
3. Give Tempestus another crack in tactica maybe with Tallarn or imperium soup…. (inquisition stuff coming out)

For all the hype about new Space Marines, plenty of people (including myself) rate the scouts as better than intercessors but Tempestus are better than scouts.

Guys, this was epic. I watched that last turn 3 times! The whole thing was very cinematic but the ending was off the chart. Sgt Barret needs to be field promoted to Gunnery Sergeant ASAP!

My only complaint is that this is not a narrative campaign!

Loved all the Aliens Colonial Marines reference s as well, LOL.

I hope an Obsidian Dragons Battle Barge has been diverted to assist the Reapers!

That was great! Really enjoyed it. Sadly though the Taurox don’t get additional shot at half range if it moved as it’s not an unmodified roll of a 6. So moving with a heavy stops it from working. Really looking toward to seeing more of these, they’re great to watch.

“Sir, we are surrounded!” screamed the rifleman. From a smug and weathered face, a prompt and steadfast answer quickly emerges: ” Excellent, We can attack in any direction!”.

Awesime stuff! Is there a schedule to this campaign?

Btw, the dialogues in the intro remind me of Metal Gear.

How great is it going to be when they reveal the true mastermind behind this chaos insurgency?

Demon-Lord Nurgle Bone

We all know this campaign is a excuse to make the bone plague marine into a bone demon lord.

AWESOME!!!!!!!

Lawrence – still undecided on tracksuit pants as TT ‘uniform’ I feel like you should swap to jeans to match the rest of the crew. But then relaxed wargamer comfortable is also cool. You do you.

Wihtout a doubt the best type of content you guys produce, in some ways even better then the narrative campaigns because I imagine these episodes are more efficient to produce.

Big thumbs up, superhappy to see you guys doing it again! Much love <3

Great narrative report, happy to see this show return! The narrative aspect was totally on point and worked super well. The interaction between you guys is so much fun to watch. The gaming aspect could be improved a tad bit though. I am all for making narrative game choices (e.g. attacking the transport with Lord Syphon), but then the players should play optimally within those narrative choices. It was a bit painful to see that Beard did not consolidate his Lord after demolishing that transport to tag the unit inside and another Taurox, so they couldn’t harrass him so much.… Read more »

Imbuing the characters with ‘real’ character and the games with ‘real’ meaning just make them so much more entertaining and engaging. Top work. Like a halfway house between Cast of Players and the traditional Battle Reports. Story telling and laugh with some tactics thrown in for good measure.

Holy crap. This is the best thing you guys have done to date. Just the right amount of banter, story telling, and interesting mechanics to produce an absolute banger of an episode. Loved this gents. Give us more narraritives please! Keep up the great work guys.

Superb. Been waiting for another narrative game since the last one. They’re easily the most enjoyable to watch. Even without tying them to campaigns, etc. it’s a much easier and fun game to watch. I like the use of names, the fluffy-styled armies, etc. As a viewer, it’s just far easier to remember what the objective is – compared to a normal game where I find it really hard to get invested in “I have to stand on point three this turn…”. Tactica games are interest in their own right, but Narrative brings the real entertainment! Keep it up!

I’m so hyped for this! I much prefer this format of narrative report. The production on the old ones was top notch, as are these, but I found the old ones so much harder to follow and I missed the banter between you guys. This is definitely the better and more engaging way to do it, with still just enough narrative to make it extra epic. Keep it up, love it!

What a wonderful Battelreport. Love the Tempestus.
BUT, correct me if I´m wrong, no one ever seems to use much of the Astra Militarum Stratagems when fielding them. Especially things like “take cover” or “defensive gunners”. I would understand why you didnt use “vengemce for cadia” for a narrative BR.
Please keep those narrative games coming, its a fresh breeze :), or a smelly cloud of flies in this case.
